Shap swimming pool committee would like to thank John Lowis senior for his kind donation of £300 which he received from family and friends on his birthday, we will be using it to buy new equipment. Thank you so much.

A message from the retiring swimming pool committee:
The retiring committee would like to say thank you to all who have supported us in the past, in any way whatsoever. Thank you. Without this support we would not have been able to make the pool the success it is.
We wish the new committee every success in the future.
As a former committee member I would ask you to remember that the pool is run by volunteers, and they, like you have a limited amount of time to give.
They need YOUR help to make this and future seasons of the pool a success, an hour a week in the shop (not a lot to ask), support at fund raising events, or simply making use of this facility. Please think about supporting this valuable village asset.
