COST is a group formed for the Shap community and is open to anyone who has an interest in the Wind Turbine Farms that are under consideration to be built in the area surrounding Shap Village.

Age Concern

Age Concern
We have a Charity shop in Shap. We also run Day Care, a day centre, a lunch club and walking for health. Tel Sue Maughan 01931 716086.

Evergreen Club
Meetings held every Tuesday. We enjoy dominoes, a game of bingo, a raffle. Also social events and five trips per year. Anyone 60 and over very welcome to join us.
