To introduce myself to those who don’t already know me, my name is PC 358 Nick Hodgkinson and I am the new community officer for Shap.

As you will most probably know we have the use of an office in the Fire Station at Shap and it is hoped that when we are at the office, members of the community can call in to discuss any problems they may have or just to pass some time away. If the police car is parked outside we should be about.

I hope to use this site to keep people up to date with Policing matters in and around the village and any other information that may be of use.
