2 To receive the minutes of the Ordinary Council Meeting held on 6 April 2009 and the minutes of the Annual Parish Meeting held on 20 April 2009.

4.1 To approve the bank reconciliation as at 31 March 2009.

4.2 To approve the Statement of Accounts and authorise the Chairman to complete the Annual Governance Statement on the Annual Return for the year ending 31 March 2009.
