end to end or just travelling along the M6 and you need an overnight

Ing Farm.

New Ing Farmhouse was built at the end of the
18th century as a coaching inn. There are 6 letting bedrooms
which share 3 bathrooms and a guest lounge/dining room with
TV. It is situated at the north end of Shap on the east side
of the A6, opposite the turning to Haweswater. |
We are well situated for visitors to the Lake District, Yorkshire
Dales and the Pennines, be it for bird watching, angling, mountain
biking or for business, we can make you comfortable. We can also
accommodate your horse should you wish to attend one of the numerous
local shows or just wish to take advantage of the many bridleways
that spread out from Shap.
