We have a 25m and toddler pool, separate changing rooms, showers, free use of floats etc and a fully stocked shop.

Qualified LIFE GUARD ON DUTY at all times.

Eden Runners is a small, friendly running club . We welcome runners of all standards, from beginners who want to get fit to seasoned competitors who want to run faster.

Eden Valley Cycle Touring Club
This is the cycle touring club in the area, it has runs every Wednesday and Sunday with several setting out from Shap. Contact Mal Stubbs 716078 for more details.

Penrith Anglers Fishing Club
There is some fantastic fishing around Shap especially wild trout. Penrith Anglers are the local club.
